I’m passionate about improving the lives of Gen X'ers - people over 45.

I’m an advocate for wellness, physical fitness and living a longer, healthier enjoyable life. I am big believer that its never too late to improve your life.

Even small changes we make to our daily routines can result in improved quality of life, no matter how old we are.

To do this I offer my clients personalised coaching, actionable plans and accountability so they can improve their health, wellness and overall well being and happiness.

This is an open and honest assessment on your current life that only you can do. Confronting but a vital part of the Transformation Journey.

2. Commitment to Change.

The desire to change must come from within. We work together to develop your personal Commitment to change.

3. Goal Setting.

We define what you really want in life and set out realistic goals to achieve this.

4. Your Personal Roadmap.

I provide you with your Personal Roadmap on how exactly you achieve your Goals.

5. Accountability.

This is where I support you as you execute your Personal Roadmap. Making sure that you deliver on your Commitments and Goals.

6. Sustainability.

Once you reach your Goals we work on long term plans to ensure you don't drift back to old ways and habits. Often the hardest part.
